Eastbourne residents will soon find yuletide labels on their wheelie bins with information they need for recycling and sorting their refuse over the Christmas period – after the council decided to no longer send paper calendars.

Bin tags include a reminder for leaving bins out, what to do with real Christmas trees and information for garden waste customers.

The labels invite residents to visit the website for all the information they need on waste and recycling collections in 2021.

Anyone wanting a reminder of their next refuse or recycling bin collection day can find this out by visiting the council website lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk
