Former Pevensey Bay pub goes under the hammer this month
A former public house in Pevensey Bay is expected to sell at auction this month.
The Beach Tavern in the village is going under the hammer at an auction on Tuesday June 22.
The guide price is £470,000.
The site has planning permission for the demolition of the detached building and eight self-contained flats to be built.
The Barnard Marcus online auction begins at 9.30am.
