Half of Farlington GCSE grades are A* or A
In all 93 per cent of girls achieved at least five A* to C grades but this won’t be recognised in government league tables because it includes some IGCSE results that are not yet recognised in those tables.
Headmistress Jonnie Goyer said: “These brilliant results are nothing less than the girls deserve.

“But they are also a fantastic and welcome recognition of talent, ambition and commitment.
“I am so proud of all the girls and delighted we have had such a celebratory day.”
Special mention goes to three girls who achieved nine or more straight A*/A grades – Georgia Hamp achieved nine A*; Caroline Haigh gained eight A* and three As; and Sophie Buck gained eight A* and one A.
