Coronavirus: Concerts cancelled in Eastbourne

According to the organisers, who used to help run the Under Ground Theatre, The Beatles cover band Nothing Is Real were due to perform on Friday (March 20) at the Alice Croft House but the show will now not be going ahead.
The organisers also said the Saturday morning (March 28) music session with Geoff Morley and Barber and Turner at Community Wise is being rescheduled and new dates will be announced as soon as possible.

Hide AdThis comes after Alice’s Attic were also set to perform at Alice Croft House on March 12 but had their show cancelled due to health concerns.
A spokesperson for the organisers said the postponement was part of their duty of care towards their audiences and the three events would be held as soon as possible once it is agreed no health risk is involved.
Coronavirus, or COVID-19, is an illness which affects the lungs and airways. Symptoms are a high temperature and continuous cough.
• NHS advice is to regularly wash your hands, cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, and try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell.
