A golden day for all at Rustington’s Trefoil Guild
The group was marking its 50th anniversary of being in the village with a party packed full of nostalgia.
The day was held at the Trefoil Guild’s HQ at the Guide Hall, in Woodlands Avenue. Guild member Judy Woods, who assisted in arranging the day, said it was one of the group’s best ones yet.

“Everyone said it was the best day that we have had in a long time.”
During the afternoon, members watched a presentation about the group’s history with slides showing a range of their past fundraisers
Mrs Woods’ grandson, Ben Michael, 26, gave a captivating piano performance – although he was no stranger to this, having played for the group when he was seven.
