The Southern Co-operative, in Delling Lane, was invaded by pirates collecting funds for their treasure trove, all in aid of the charity Whizz-Kidz.
Colleagues at the store dressed up for the weekend and Bosham Sailing Club decorated the store from deck to galley to add to the nautical theme.

There were tastings from local producers who supply store’s Local Flavours range, including Westbourne Bakery, Isle of Wight tomatoes, Popcorn Kitchen, Farmhouse Cookery and Caroline’s Dairy ice cream.
Store manager Fiona Greenlees said: “Colleagues at the store took up my challenge to arrange a fundraiser for our charity partner Whizz-Kidz and the ideas snowballed, so it was all hands on deck for our pirate weekend.
“We have been working hard to build links with our local community as the store is so central. Local residents have really embraced this, so we wanted to create a fun, fête-like atmosphere which brings the community together and raises money for a fantastic cause.”
