Brighton and Hove councillors send message of support to Berlin
This follows the attack in Berlin on Monday night (December 19), where 12 people were killed when a lorry struck a Christmas market.
Cllr Warren Morgan, leader of the council and the Labour Group, Cllr Geoffrey Theobald, leader of the Conservatives, and Phelim Mac Cafferty, convenor of the Greens, said: “Brighton and Hove sends its sympathies and support to the people of Berlin.

Hide Ad“We are deeply shocked and saddened by the loss of 12 peoples’ lives who were so senselessly killed while they visited a Christmas market, and the injuries - some life changing - to 48 others.
“On behalf of the city of Brighton and Hove, we send our condolences.”
