Hide AdMr Weeks has made headline news for spearheading a school that has transformed the futures of bright children from some of the most disadvantaged postcodes in the country. During his four year tenure, A-level results improved from 71 per cent A*-B to 86 per cent A*-B.
But Mr Weeks is ready for a new challenge, returning to Brighton College, where he began his teaching career in 2000, where he worked for for 13 years.
Mr Weeks, who lives in Burgess Hill, said: “I am delighted to be returning to Brighton to take up the headship of the prep and pre-prep school in January. I have almost 14 years of very fond memories and ongoing associations with the College and I look forward to growing similar roots in the prep school in the years to come.
“Many of my former colleagues in the senior school will say that I was most passionate when engaged with the younger year groups and becoming a father just under three years ago has certainly cemented this. I am looking forward to meeting pupils, parents and staff alike and continuing BCPS’ great success.”
