Man arrested after van incident near Eastbourne school
Sussex Police said officers were called to the incident in Prideaux Road, near to its junction with Lewes Road, at 9.09am.
Police said no injuries were reported and the 27-year-old man has been released under investigation.

Hide AdA Sussex Police spokesperson said, “Police were called to reports of a van colliding with some railings in Eastbourne.
“The crash happened on Prideaux Road, near to its junction with Lewes Road and Mill Gap Road. No injuries were reported.
“Officers arrested a 27-year-old man on suspicion of driving while unfit through drugs. He has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.”
