Sergeant Alan Spicer, from Sussex Police’s roads policing unit, said: “This collision occurred due to the driving of Mr Graczyk.
“His actions resulted in the death of a loved father and the permanent injury of another. The sentence should serve as a warning that such behaviour is not acceptable on the road and can have devastating consequences.”
