Firefighters have responded to a boat on fire in front of a vacant property earmarked for a major development in Southwick.
A West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said crews were called to Albion Road yesterday (March 22) at 1.38pm, to reports of a derelict boat on fire.
Crews from Lancing, Worthing and East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service quickly brought the fire under control, the spokesman said, and put it out quickly.

The large house is part of a site recently granted planning permission for 55 flats, all affordable, over two blocks.
