Free seeds will helplocal school pupils to get growing
The offer comes from Herstmonceux based Perfect Plants.
Caroline Knight, from the nursery, said: “Growing sunflowers is a brilliant way to engage children because they grow so fast and have spectacular results in a short space of time.
“Schools can organise their own growing competitions (tallest/yellowest/straightest etc) and they can use the exercise for some great outdoors lessons together with photographic opportunities.
