Horsham and Worthing Beales stores under new ownership
Beales has announced a ‘change in ownership’ as signs went up in shop windows across the county.
This week a spokesperson confirmed Beales had now been taken over by an investor and the business had moved from being a PLC, which offers the public a chance to buy shares, to a privately owned company.

As a result of the takeover Beales has launched a clearance sale offering up to 70 per cent off certain items to remove current stock and make way for a set of new products set to be bought in by the new owners.
