Littlehampton Golf competition strikes up sum for St Barnabas House
A team of children, together with their family members, took part in a golf day at Littlehampton’s Pitch ‘n’ Putt course, doing their bit to raise more than £1,000 for St Barnabas House hospice.
The players said they were inspired by the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, which is set to feature the sport for the first time.

Hide AdTom Simpson, six, was playing in memory of his grandmother, who died at St Barnabas House. The efforts of Tom and his partner Andrew Davies saw them crowned champions.
The day was organised by Littlehampton man Tim Thornburg, as part of the Lloyds’ Our Day to Make a Difference programme for employees at the bank.
