New Residents’ parking scheme in Billingshurst to go live in November
It is designed to prevent all day on-street commuter parking in various roads, making it easier for residents and visitors to park.
The new scheme will be enforced and administered by Horsham District Council and will operate using a combination of permit parking and free limited waiting, allowing people to use the local shops and facilities.
