Boot Sale: It may be Valentine’s Day, but that’s as nothing to a true booter who will want to be at the Village Hall on Sunday, for the latest Village Hall Trust Boot Sale. There will be just one more this year, in March, so call Marie Edwards 01797 253264, if you would like to book your table for either event. The doors open at 9am.
Messy Church: Families are very welcome to St Mary’s on Sunday at 4pm for Messy Church – worship, creative crafts and a meal. All good fun!

Hide AdOver 60s: I haven’t got a programme for the Over 60s for this year, but they always manage to arrange something interesting for their meetings, which are held on the first and third Tuesday afternoons in the Village Hall, starting at 2pm. New faces are always welcome.
Coffee Stop: On Wednesday mornings the kettle goes on in the Church Centre and “everything stops for tea” – or coffee and a chat. All welcome between 10am and noon.
Thursday Seniors: Thursday Seniors’ Club meets every Thursday in Northiam Village Hall from 10.30am until 2.30pm. All pensioners are welcome, and free door to door transport can be arranged for anyone in Northiam, Beckley, Peasmarsh and Broad Oak if you are on the Rye Community Bus route. The cost is £7 and includes welcome tea/coffee, a freshly cooked 2 course meal, extend chair exercises and a talk/entertainment. Call Joan 252568, Jane 252973 or Linda 252283 to find out more as a member or a helper.
Chitiwiri: Sally Bickersteth is collecting sunglasses (non-prescription) to take out to Malawi in March, and there will be another clothing collection in aid of the feeding programme in Chitiwiri, which will be collected on 14th March. Call 0790 333 8614 to arrange a time to deliver.
