Attendants too rude
Sometimes it can take over an hour for coaches and cars to exit the Festival Theatre car park after a matinee performance. The chaos that ensues often blocks the entrance for attendees arriving for the evening performance and for those wishing to use the adjoining sports facilities. It also leads to congestion on adjoining roads.
Perhaps it would be an idea if the parking attendants were given some basic training in the common courtesies of life. Many of those visiting the theatre are of an age when it would not be out of place for the parking attendants to give them some respect.

Chichester currently has a world-class theatre but a third-world car park service.
