Wonderful news re the multi-million pound investment...
... but tell me when will there be a budget for the council tax payers who have to continually, and for the old and infirm dangerously, negotiate broken and damaged pavements in the residential areas of Eastbourne – those that exist in seeming perpetuity – on the streets where residents actually live?
