Every year we send out a questionnaire to our children and families to comment on the services we offer.
The feedback is usually wonderful, but occasionally issues are raised that we add to an action plan to help us improve.
Our services need to evolve to continually meet the changing needs of the children we care for and their ever-increasing complexity of conditions.
