LETTER: Give everything to Hillians' cause
The club has worked tirelessly over the past four seasons taking it from a very dark place indeed to the thriving and successful entity you see before you. First Richard Strange fought hard to bring in Ian Chapman and sorting out a lot of things behind the scenes. Then Ian, Stuart and their squads have brought major success and some nerve jangling wonderful moments along the way. John Rattle has worked wonders in his time as general manager and is keeping a tight ship behind the scenes. The army of volunteers never falter from their quest for perfection, you know who you are. I am sure that chairman Kevin N is very proud of how this club has moved on.
However the Ryman Premier League is proving to be a ‘challenge’. There are some massive clubs in our midst with huge pedigrees, history and big home support. Burgess Hill Town have the right to compete but do not have the right just to swan in and dominate. Indeed 15 matches into our second season we find ourselves in the relegation zone!

Hide AdI am not giving up on consolidation this season and urge everyone to give everything to the cause. The alternative would be a real disaster for football here in Mid Sussex and for BHTFC. Plus a real waste of four years hard graft.
WE NEED ANOTHER 12 LEAGUE VICTORIES !
COME ON !
