I have never seen such a blatant public relations puff as a headline in our local newspaper before…and it was a multinational fast food chain. Not even a locally owned and run establishment.
Was it not possible to find some real news locally? What about the ‘Former Minelco site’ which had a public exhibition of the proposed development? What about the impact upon the town of this building programme? You could have even reported the arrival of HMS Shoreham in the harbour.

Hide AdAre we to be greeted with similar headlines as ‘Indian takeaway curries favour’ as they serve you food at tables too..?
What lazy and poor reporting, which can only be expected of a newspaper with more advertising than content.
