Our shop relies on volunteers to raise money for Mind, the mental health charity, which supports people experiencing mental health problems so they do not have to face things alone.
People of East Sussex can help us to continue doing this by volunteering to sort stock, create brilliant displays and talk to customers.

No prior experience is necessary and just two hours of your time would make all the difference.
What’s more, our shop is truly a community hub – we support people by offering a safe environment for meeting people from the area.
I urge readers to pop in and find out more about how they can support us.
