Eastbourne store will be much missed
Although not surprised I was saddened to hear of the closure of the small Carphone Warehouse shops including the one in the Beacon in Eastbourne.
I would like to express my appreciation for all the help I have received from the staff there and in particular to Darren who is their technical guy and explained things I didn’t understand on my phone when I was climbing the wall in frustration!

Hide AdWhen I first decided I needed a smartphone a few years ago I was terrified and would not have done it without knowing there was somewhere down the road where I could get support an where there were people on hand to ask when I didn’t understand how to do something.
There’s a lot these days for us seniors (I am 66) to get their heads round as technology has become so complicated and moved on so much.
I wish the staff well and thank you.
You will be missed.
Getting to PC World at Hampden Park is doable but not so easy without a car.
