Another idea – move the library on to the site.
What is more important that should be sorted is who will occupy any shop when they are built as we do not need more snack bars/cafes but we do need shoe shops and men’s clothing and no doubt others.

Hide AdNo matter what happens we do need to retain the parking area as the side streets around the town are getting clogged up with commuters and shoppers. Where will Stagecoach park busses between journeys?
