Air ambulance lands in Battle after person injured by horse

Ambulance crews were called to Battle at approximately 2.15pm on Saturday (May 16), a spokesman for the South East Coast Ambulance (SECAmb) said.
The spokesman said crews were responding to reports a person had been injured by a horse.

Hide AdThe air ambulance was also called to the scene and landed in Akehurst Field, Ashburnham, Battle, at 2.45pm.
The injured person was assessed and treated at the scene, according to SECAmb.
They were then taken to Conquest Hospital by road.
