Hastings college student tests positive for Covid-19
The college wrote to students to confirm the news on Tuesday (September 29).
It said the A-Level student studies sociology, politics, geography, accounting and law at the Hastings campus.
They are now at home self isolating, the college added.

Hide AdIn a email to students, East Sussex College said: “We know that this news will be concerning, but we want to reassure you that we are working closely with Public Health England and have taken the required action to minimise the spread.
“The confirmed case is a student studying A Levels in sociology, politics, geography, accounting and law at our Hastings campus.
“We wish them a speedy recovery.”
The college said a small number of people who have been in ‘direct, prolonged contact’ with the confirmed case have been contacted and advised to self isolate at home for ten days.
The news comes days after Hastings Academy confirmed five students have now tested positive for Covid-19.
