New Littlehampton play centre celebrates with Pudsey
Dozens of youngsters took part in a children’s art day to herald the opening of Studio 5, in Evans Garden, as well as doing their bit to generate a princely sum for Pudsey Bear.
The studio, which will now be the Littlehampton base of the Play Team Association, will help to support some of the town’s neediest children with a host of free, artistic activities at the site.

“We had a pretty positive turnout to our launch and raised about £66 for Children in Need.
“A lot of people were saying how important it is to have something like this in Littlehampton, which is really very encouraging.”
The group has previously hosted play sessions at Chilgrove House, in Wick, during the school holidays.

Managers from Greggs have helped to refurbish Studio 5, the charity’s headquarters and also provided cakes for the children to decorate and sell as part of the fund-raising activities for Children in Need.
“We can’t thank Greggs enough for all the work and support they have given us,” said Anna.
On Saturday, December 15, the studio is holding a Christmas card workshop, from 10am-noon.
