Police launch appeal after Horsham man trapped between two vehicles suffers ‘potentially life-changing injuries’

Sussex Police said the incident involving a blue Mitsubishi Shogun occurred in Canberra Road about 7am on Tuesday May 26.
A spokesman added: “The pedestrian – a 27-year-old local man – became trapped between the 4x4 and another vehicle, and sustained a broken arm and fractured pelvis.

Hide Ad“He was taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton for surgery.”
The road was closed for a short period while officers conducted their investigation at the scene, and police would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding, according to the spokesman.
He added: “Anyone who saw what happened – specifically anyone with dash cam, CCTV or mobile phone footage which may have captured the incident – or anyone who saw a blue Mitsubishi Shogun being driven in the area shortly beforehand, is urged to email [email protected] quoting serial 265 of 26/05.”
