Play Rangers are returning to spread more fun in Aldwick
The fun masters will providing free enjoyment for five- to 16-year-olds during next week’s school holiday after their success last year.
Their return is costing Aldwick Parish Council some £3,300. Councillors were keen to build on the popularity of the events.

Hide AdMolly Myers, the council’s vice-chairman, said: “I know the mums and children would be disappointed if the Play Rangers were not here.
“We had about 30 children at the first session last year and the numbers built up as word about them spread.”
The Friends of West Park worked with the parish council for the return of the rangers. Chairman Jan Malpas said: “It’s fabulous to have the rangers back. It’s what the mums and kids wanted last year.”
The Play Rangers will be at West Park from 10.30am-12.30pm next Tuesday and Wednesday, and at Avisford Park in Rose Green from 2pm-4pm on the same days.

The Play Rangers will be different from those who visited previously after their contract ended. But they have worked for several councils.
