Portslade teen to climb mountain for homeless charity
Gabriel Preston, 13, from Portslade, will climb 3,560ft up Wales' highest mountain on Wednesday, August 15, to raise money for Sussex Homeless Support.
Gabriel, who is a volunteer at Sussex Homeless Support, was inspired to help the charity after seeing many people sleeping rough on the streets of Brighton during a shopping trip last Christmas.

Sussex Homeless Support is a Brighton-based charity that cares for all rough sleepers in the city and aims to reach zero food poverty.
Volunteers currently feed 100 people each week through the charity's weekly Anti-Freeze Homeless Project and the Street Kitchen at the Clock Tower hosted every Sunday.
Sussex Homeless Support's mobile night shelter provides hot food and a safe place to sleep for men, women and their pets.
