Reclaim May Day march in Hastings
The trade unions met at the General Havelock this lunchtime before marching to Hastings Pier to the sounds of the Sussex Brass Band.
A May Day rally and brass band concert followed.
Meanwhile the group will hold a fundraising event at the Electric Palace on Tuesday (May 3).

Hide AdThe cinema will screen Ken Loach’s film The Navigators, plus a short film called United We Will Swim...Again, which is about a community fighting to save its local swimming pool.
Proceeds from this event will go to the Hastings Trades Union group.
