Residents anger at town centre roadwork ‘fiasco’
Works along Albion Way, outside the new Waitrose and John Lewis store, began back in May and were expected to last around three months.
Temporary traffic lights have been installed and parts of the road have been narrowed to deal with traffic flow whilst the works are carried out.

Hide AdHelen Ruff, school office manager at Christ’s Hospital School said: “I wish to formally complain about the roadwork fiasco on Albion Way, Horsham.
“After spending weeks patiently queuing during the building of the Waitrose and John Lewis store, we now have to endure another planned ten weeks of traffic chaos.
“The temporary lights are all out of sync and traffic is queuing across junctions in all directions.
“This needs to be addressed immediately before an accident occurs. 30 minutes to get from the RSA building in Albion way to Sainsburys is appalling, and that was not at rush hour.
