Sompting garage destroyed in arson incident

Firefighters were called to the single domestic-use garage in Grafton Gardens at 10.33pm.
Two fire engines from Worthing fire station attended and used two ground monitors, one jet, one hose reel and one hydrant to bring the blaze under control.
The fire was extinguished by 11.46pm.

Hide AdA spokesman for West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service said the cause of the fire was deliberate.
