Team manager Sue Smith, who headed up the in-store fundraising, said: “Every year we like to support a local charity. Last year, Adur Special Needs Project contacted us just at the time we were choosing who to help in 2015, so it seemed a logical choice to get involved with the project as they provide valuable support to local families with disabled and special needs children.”
Maggie Ford, a member of the customer team who was responsible for the delivery of the fundraising activities throughout the year, said: “I love getting involved with fundraising.
“Support like this can make a real difference to small charities and fundraising brings the whole community together.”
