Woman dies after suffering injuries in St Leonards

Police were called to assist paramedics to a report of an injured woman in London Road at about 9.20am on Monday, October 10.
The woman in her 50s was taken by air ambulance to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, where she later died from her injuries.

Hide AdThere are no suspicious circumstances and the coroner’s officer has been informed.
Police are appealing for anyone with any information to contact [email protected] or call 101, quoting serial 279 of 10/10.
In particular, officers would like to speak to a passer-by who assisted at the scene, but left before officers could obtain her details.
