Davina Clark and Neil Woodger decided to up sticks from their home in Wyatt Close, Wisborough Green, after hankering after a larger house with a garage.
But they got a pleasant surprise when their estate agent asked them if they would like to take part in the Channel 4 programme in which presenters Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help house hunters find the home of their dreams.

Davina and Neil had put their three-bed semi on the market for £325,000 through Billingshurst estate agents Mansell McTaggart.
And the agents told them their home was in the right price range and right place to be featured on the TV show.
Davina, who works at Ingfield Manor School, met television presenter Phil Spencer when filming first took place on Monday this week. “He was very lovely,” she said.

Meanwhile, Davina and Neil, who works for an aviation firm in Slinfold, have their fingers crossed for a buyer for the house they have called home for the past 17 years - but they’re not looking to move too far away.
“We want to stay find somewhere between Wisborough Green and Horsham,” said Davina.
Well, it is the perfect location, according to Amanda Haworth, assistant manager at Mansell McTaggart’s Billingshurst branch.

“West Sussex is a popular place to move to with Gatwick and the A23 on its doorstep,” she said.
