WORTHING BIRDMAN: Ex-RAF man flies for phone minutes
James David, from Goring Road, Worthing, will be leaping from Worthing Pier to raise money for the Royal Air Forces Association's "Miles More Minutes" campaign.
The charity aims to raise money towards more phone-time for members of the RAF serving overseas, who currently get only 30 minutes a week to speak with their loved ones back home.

Fully recovered from hip surgery two years ago, he is fit and ready to raise some money for the men and women of the RAF.
"I, unfortunately, suffered complications with my recovery," said
James. "The RAFA and RAFBF were fantastic and offered support to me and my family."
