His award-winning garden, which he also done in aid of Horticultural charity Perrennial, was inspired by large tropical foliage and contrasting it with the desert.
He explained: “Juxtaposition was a garden based on two very different sides. One side is very arrid and dry like a desert and it juxtaposes the other side which is very lush, calm, tranquil and colourful and it’s divided up by perspex screens.”
“I’m working on going again next year with a bigger garden and aim for the youngest gold medal.”
