Ben's The Best
BEN CAMERON has broken the Sussex League season s batting aggregate record in his first season in English cricket, writes Tony Mustard.
The popular Australian s superb unbeaten 81 against league leaders Hastings on Saturday extended by 55 runs the 903 that Tim Booth-Jones had set when playing for Hastings in the 1980s and 90s. Booth-Jones went on the play for Sussex.

He came to the crease with Worthing 40 for two and was there at the end, having reached his half-century in 95 balls. He hit eight fours in a patient knock.
He needed to be careful when Worthing slumped to 68 for five and the rescue act was effected with a stand of 91 with his skipper John Jaye (37).
Danny Barton, the bowling hero the week before, made certain of full batting points when he went in at No 9 and crashed 20 not out off six balls, including three fours and a towering six.
