East Preston clinch first league win
After being put into bat, East Preston posted 137 for eight from their 49 overs. An inspired performance with the ball then saw them bowl Felbridge out for 124 to clinch their first success of the season.
East Preston captain Gary Weedon feels that the victory will be crucial for his side and said: “This time last season we were losing games heavily, before kicking on in the second half of the season.

“It was really hard to time the ball and you never felt secure as a batter. But, from previous low-scoring games at Felbridge, we felt we had a competitive score and that proved to be the case.”
