A calamitous Jake Livermore own goal had given the hosts a first-half lead but Albion couldn't find a second and were punished late on by Grant's first goal for the Baggies. Scroll down and click through to see who shone and who struggled for Graham Potter's men, who are still searching for their first home win of the season.
1. Mat Ryan - 7/10
Had very little to do for much of the evening but made two good saves when called upon. He could have done little to stop Karlan Grant's powerful equaliser.

2. Adam Webster 6/10
Seemed to be comfortable for large periods but looked nervy when West Brom built up a head of steam late on

3. Joel Veltman 6/10
Didn't look out of place in his first Premier League start, stepping in well for the suspended Lewis Dunk. However, he didn't impose the same air of authority as Dunk would have done when West Brom fought back
4. Dan Burn 6/10
Burn was mostly solid defensively and caused problems with a couple of driving runs. Would like to see him be more of a threat from corners
