The 20-year-old got his first taste of regular men’s football last season, when he made 24 appearances for Scottish Premiership outfit Aberdeen.
Seagulls pathway development manager Gordon Greer said: “Teddy had a good introduction to regular men’s football last season in Scotland with Aberdeen.

The midfielder joined Albion at under-10 level, progressing through the academy before making his first team debut in the Carabao Cup against Aston Villa in 2019.
He has also represented England at youth level. Current Crawley manager Kevin Betsy gave Jenks his first Three Lions call-up whilst working with England’s under-15 team at St Georges Park.
The midfielder linked up with the Reds squad during yesterday’s training session and has travelled with the team to Carlisle ahead of Saturday’s opening League Two fixture.
