Hammers celebrate promotion
This is a really remarkable turnaround for the team, who only two years ago were struggling to get any results at all.
They ended the season with a magnificent 10 match unbeaten run, including nine wins, and highlighted by a vital 5-1 away win at nearest rivals Chesworth Youth which secured them the title.

Hide AdThe team have now not lost a competitive match since mid October when they were narrowly beaten in the cup. Beau Heaver finished the season as top scorer for the team, who also boasted the meanest defence in the division, but all 20 registered players made significant contributions to this success, and the team spirit and camaraderie was exceptional. Manager Howard Griggs said “This is a very special achievement and a huge credit to all the children.”
