Steyning seal victory in seven-goal thriller
After going two goals behind just prior to the interval, unanswered efforts from Charlie Romain, Ollie Hartley and Ben Greer helped Town bag a 4-3 victory at The Shooting Field.
Having been beaten at promotion rivals Mile Oak two weeks back, Steyning have won both league matches since then.

Hide AdThe latest win helped them go level on points with place-above Little Common, in fifth, although they have played three games more.
Town manager Murphy was pleased a sloppy ten minute spell did not comeback to haunt his side.
He said: “We started well enough considering the changes, then a nightmare ten minute spell saw us let in three goals.
“The second half we played much better, defending more as a team, and I think we deserved the win after scoring two good goals.”

Hide AdSteyning broke the deadlock on the half-hour when Chad Milner fired past Connor Holland in Bexhill’s goal.
The Pirates responded well and three goals in a ten-minute spell put them in control.
Nathan Lopez levelled things up ten minutes before the break, then Gordon Cuddigton headed home to put Bexhill in front soon afterwards.
A fine individual effort from Ashley Kidman three minutes before the interval helped his side open up a 3-1 lead.

Hide AdTown recovered to pull one back a minute prior to the interval, as they went in a goal down.
Hartley then levelled things up less than five minutes after the restart.
Steyning pushed for a winner and were rewarded 20 minutes from time.
Greer’s thunderbolt found the top corner as Town turned around a two-goal deficit to run out 4-3 victors.
