Haywards Heath Harriers’ Izzy celebrates after defnding title
Coomber knocked almost 90 seconds of last year’s time to win the women’s race in 39:47. Meanwhile Phil Hardaway showed he has made a full recovery from injury claiming second overall, and first senior man, dipping under 36 minutes for the challenging course.
A delighted Coomber said: “I was really pleased to win again. It was my first ever 10k in 2013, so it’s great to see how I’ve improved in a year.”
