Heath were keen to keep playing and once Newick agreed to fill the void in the Saturday afternoon rugby schedule, both sides put together some excellent moves with Heath emerging winners 45-5 against a competitive Newick side who shares Heath’s philosophy of rugby for all. An enjoyable game of rugby for the Heath RAMs squad, maintaining fitness for the remaining fixtures this season.
This season the coaches have been able to introduce all 26 members of the U13 squad to league rugby which puts the team in a great position to go on and consolidate their position next season.
