Hide AdRoberts (3-73) also did well with the ball, but it was his innings of 109 not out that won the day as Bexhill surpassed the target to finish on 199-6.
Ryan Bonner (4-74) was the pick of the Stirlands bowlers.
Neighbours Sidley were probably wishing they had someone as handy with the willow as they were dismissed for a meagre 66 away to Preston Nomads.
Former Sussex player Michael Strong (6-16) was responsible for most of the damage, before Willie Warne (29 not out) guided Preston to 67-3 in reply.
